accumulate on window surfaces and sills. We clean both
the inside and outside of glass surfaces using professional
tools including spot-free pure water technology and window
specific solutions that are biodegradable and USDA approved
safe on all windows and window tinting films. We also
wipe clean all screens and vacuum and clean out all window
sills at no additional charge. |

Oxidation
and Hard Water Stain Removal:
Some windows have screen burn which can appear as anything
from small water spots to a heavy gray haze on the outside
of the glass. This occurs as a result of over spray from
lawn irrigation systems and from rain water passing through
screens and depositing oxidized metal on to the glass.
These deposits do not wash or scrape off with normal window
cleaning. Our chemical application service can rescue
glass that has been stained and restore it to like new
condition eliminating the risk of expensive window repair

gutter opening so that nothing but water can get in. Rainwater
passes easily through the material and quickly flows to
