A: Dirt makes your windows dirty, not rain. Rain passing through a dirty window screen will deposit more dirt on your windows. Rain drops simply move the dirt on your windows around and after the rain dries dirt remains on the glass. The dirt is now more visible because it has been spread over the window. Q: How do I go about getting an estimate?

A: All you need to do is call the office and let us know you would like an estimate for any of our services. We will send an associate out usually within 1-2 days. You do not need to be home for the estimate to be done. When the estimate is complete, you will receive a call from us to let you know what the price is and answer any questions you may have.

Q: What if rain is predicted for the day of my service?

A: In the event of light precipitation we will clean your windows as scheduled.
In the event of heavy driving rains, we will call and discuss the options with you the day of service. We try to complete all inside work as scheduled

A: No. It is the Policy of Tollins Window Cleaning that all persons entering a customers home must remove their shoes first so as not to track dirt throughout the house.
